Ho’oponopono – Interview With Dr Hew Len

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

This is a 9 part interview with Dr Hew Len, the modern day source for accurate information on the Hawaiian practice known as Ho’oponopono.  The practice is based on the concept of forgiveness coupled with taking responsibility 100% for what happens within one’s own life.

Dr Len speaks about the 4 parts of the basic Ho’oponopono “prayer”:

1. I love you.

2. I am sorry.

3. Please forgive me.

4. Thank you.

You will find some articles and texts that change the order of these 4 items, but that is really irrelevant as the concept is to be holding these 4 thoughts in your head simultaneously.  It is quite freeing, and amazingly swift acting.

As you listen to the interview you will hear Dr Len speak about clearing the data out of himself.  I find the phraseology similar to Eckhart Tolle’s concepts on ridding ourselves of repititious thoughts plaguing us and keeping us from living in the present moment, or In The Now.

Enjoy the videos and post whatever thoughts strike you in the comment section.
